When you draw, don't set expectations, it's not worth it when you are drawing for the sake of learning. I used to get really pissed off at my drawings being below my standards, but I decided that it wasn't worth it. It was better to analyse why my drawings weren't the standard at which I wanted.
If you treat each drawing as an experiment, trying out a different concept or new technique with each drawing for the sake of learning how to use those concepts or techniques you should not be unhappy. Every single time you draw something with an intention and it doesn't come out the way you want it, you are guided a little further.
I don't think you should care that you're bad at something btw, if you are doing it in your spare time. I feel like your focus is "I am bad at this thing, yet I want to improve, yet I am still bad at it and that badness makes me upset". Instead just be like "My work is not yet at the quality I want it to be at, so I need to figure out what is actually holding me back". If you get rid of your attitude about your work being bad and focus on just improving it, I promise you that focus will do you leaps and bounds for your work. What you give your attention to is what you shall experience the most.
Put that attention on improvement and away from self-degradation.
