keep at it dude you will get better and better with time. also try to exdpermiment a little since i see you always draw the same face. try drawing different possition different body part different type of hair experiment around and get amazing at what you are tryingf to do!

hey there buddy its me again. if you want to draw human you should work on each individual body part at at a time. looking at your art you seem to have a steady hand so it should not be hard for you to be able to draw with referance i will now link you a website where you can easely find people posing so instead of drawing from head go there and draw how the hand looks like. try to always draw with a referance so you get the body proportion correct! https://www.quickposes.com/en go and check it out !
EDIT: also try to break down your drawing into basic shapes before moving to actually draw the whole thing it helps a lot when it comes to body proportion!
