sometime it feels like all your problem could be fixed by just closing your eyes and never opening them again. not in a suicide way but in a stop caring about everything around you way. i wish i had the ability to do that.

I know what you mean, I wish I could do the same too. However, the best we can do during these times is to find solace within our environment.

For me personally, I often fix myself a warm drink of some kind and try to watch something wholesome. It doesn't fix the problem, necessarily, but it does help my mind to stay away from negativity. Simply just a counterbalance, emotionally speaking.
